Voice answers
If you speak to the advisor, your browser turns your words into text with its own speech service (Google for Chrome, Microsoft for Edge, Apple for Safari) before the text reaches us. We never receive or keep the audio. A browser without that service, such as Firefox, offers typing only.
Sharing
We share details with a provider only after you choose to talk to one.
